FERRANDI Paris is proud to welcome the April 2025 cohort of students joining the Advanced Professional Program in French Cuisine and the Advanced Professional Program in French Pastry. As one of the world’s leading culinary institutions, we are delighted to host passionate professionals from across the globe who are taking this next important step in their culinary careers.


This elite program offers a comprehensive, hands-on immersion into the techniques, artistry, and discipline that define the French culinary tradition. Students will train under the expert guidance of two of FERRANDI Paris’ most esteemed chefs:
•    Chef Stéphane Jakić, leading the French Cuisine program, brings a wealth of experience from prestigious kitchens in France and abroad. Known for his precision, creativity, and dedication to excellence, Chef Jakić will guide students through the classic and contemporary techniques that form the backbone of French gastronomy.
•    Chef Arnaud Bonnefoy, overseeing the French Pastry program, is celebrated for his mastery of traditional French patisserie as well as his flair for innovation. His expertise in delicate pastry work, artistic presentation, and advanced methods will provide students with an exceptional foundation in French dessert craftsmanship.
