A Comprehensive and Practical Learning Experience

As part of the cooking classes offered at FERRANDI Paris, the "Introduction to the Fundamentals of French Pastry"program blends practical training with theoretical knowledge. You will gain insight into ingredient selection, professional kitchen organization, and the intricacies of pastry production. With a strong focus on professional standards, this program ensures that each participant can confidently apply their new skills in a professional or personal setting.

All teaching in this program will be in English (guest chefs may speak in French with simultaneous translation). Course materials will be in English. Although knowledge of the French language is not a requirement to be admitted to the program, it is important for the internship and more generally for daily life in Paris.
