Le Premier – Paris
Located at 28 rue de l'Abbé Grégoire, in the heart of Paris’s 6th arrondissement, Le Premier invites you to experience modern, refined cuisine created and served by our students from CAP to BTS programs. In this elegant setting, you will enjoy seasonal dishes that combine classic techniques with a contemporary vision, reflecting the dynamism of tomorrow’s culinary leaders.
Le 28 – Paris
Also nestled at 28 rue de l'Abbé Grégoire, Le 28 offers a gastronomic and inventive dining experience. Designed and prepared by students in the Bachelor in Culinary Arts and Entrepreneurship program, its menus push the boundaries of creativity while remaining rooted in the great traditions of French fine dining. Nicolas de Catinat – Saint-Gratien
In Saint-Gratien, Nicolas de Catinat combines the elegance of a pedagogical restaurant with the warmth of local hospitality. Au Piano du Lac – Bordeaux
On our Bordeaux campus, Au Piano du Lac celebrates the culinary identity of the Southwest. L’Hermine – Rennes
