We are proud to celebrate the talent of our graduates, who have been recognized by the renowned Gault&Millau 2026 Guide:
- Anne Coruble, Pastry Chef at L’Oiseau Blanc – The Peninsula Paris, has been named Pastry Chef of the Year 2026.
- Hugo Souchet, Chef at Les Prés d'Eugénie – Michel Guérard in Eugénie-les-Bains, has been awarded the Table 4 Toques distinction in the 2026 Gault&Millau Guide.
