The students of the Intensive Professional Program in French Cuisine at FERRANDI Paris took a significant step in their culinary journey by preparing and serving a full lunch service at Le Premier, the school’s on-campus restaurant.

 

Located in the heart of the FERRANDI Paris campus, Le Premier is more than just a dining space — it’s a dynamic training ground where students put their skills to the test in a real-world environment. Under the guidance of their chef instructors, students took charge of the kitchen and front-of-house operations, creating a professional and an immersive experience from start to finish.

 

The lunch was made possible thanks to the expert guidance of two FERRANDI chef instructors. Chef Alexander Dreyer, who led the savory kitchen team, provided close supervision throughout the preparation and service of the lunch menu. Chef Arnaud Bonnefoy, the pastry instructor, oversaw the dessert team, sharing detailed techniques and supporting the students as they crafted refined, restaurant-quality desserts.
