On Tuesday May 20, our student in Bachelor in Culinary Arts and Entrepreneurship attended a masterclass dedicated to olive oil, hosted by two experts: Emmanuelle Dechelette, founder of OLIO NUOVO DAYS, and Cécile Le Galliard, oenologist and both lecturers on our online course with FutureLearn “The secrets of olive oil: history, health and gastronomy”.
