FERRANDI Paris at Taste of Paris 2025
FERRANDI Paris was proud to be a long-standing partner of the festival at the heart of the Grand Palais.
For 4 days, our chefs, teachers and students took part in this celebration of gastronomy!
In our FERRANDI Paris restaurant, our teams offered 4 signature dishes imagined by Marc Alès, MOF 2000 and Benoît Nicolas, MOF 2015.
On the menu:
- Champignon Tout Paris
- Saucisse au couteau, légumes printaniers
- Strawberry, pistachio, yogurt
- Croquant chocolat, vanille, noisette
Our students were also mobilized:
- Serving in the VIP lounge and Champagne Laurent-Perrier bar
- Working as commis in all the festival's restaurants, alongside top chefs!
