FERRANDI Paris Bachelor students at the summer opening of the Molitor Paris rooftop - MGallery Collection
Our 2nd year Bachelor in Food & Beverage and Hospitality Management students had the opportunity to experience a unique professional immersion during the summer opening of the rooftop of the Molitor Paris - MGallery Collection.
In the dining room and at the bar, they put their skills into practice, supervised by their teachers Mohamed Ali and Pierre Hamon, and supported by the passionate teams of the Molitor Paris - MGallery Collection.
This experience was part of a real-life operational management case study, giving students the opportunity to:
- confront the demands of the field,
- experiment with service tools and methods,
- then conduct a post-operational analysis to propose concrete corrective actions and professional solutions.
A collective success:
- 120 covers served at lunch
- Full bar on the solarium in the evening
- 80 covers welcomed at dinner in the restaurant
