A look back at an inspiring mission to Korea: combining excellence in expertise with the strength of the FERRANDI Paris alumni network
Part One – “Le Pain” Event in Seoul
FERRANDI Paris is proud to have represented French excellence at the “2025 Le Pain Baguette & Croissant Championship” competition!
Didier Chaput, Head of International Programs at FERRANDI Paris, had the pleasure of participating as a member of the jury and hosting a masterclass.
Together with Sophie AVRIL, Head of the school's International Department, they presented the school during a talk show held at the iconic COEX Library.
A huge thank you to the entire Le Pain team for their warm welcome, professionalism, and commitment. We would like to extend a special thank you to CEO Im Tae-eon (COMPTE LK A TAGGER) for the trust he has placed in us and for his desire to build a lasting partnership with FERRANDI Paris.
Part Two – FERRANDI Paris Alumni Evening
Our presence in Seoul also provided an opportunity to bring together our alumni community around Joonwoo Park, FERRANDI's first alumni ambassador in Korea.
The evening, held at Aux Petits Verres, a venue founded by our ambassador and distinguished by La Liste in June 2025, was a highlight, symbolizing the dynamism and success of our community in Korea.
We were delighted to bring together nearly fifteen former students, all embodying the values of excellence, audacity, and solidarity that are the strength of FERRANDI Paris.
Joonwoo Park perfectly embodies the FERRANDI spirit, and we know how invaluable his help will be in uniting, structuring, and above all inspiring this community.
We thank him for his unfailing commitment and for hosting the event at his restaurant.
We would like to extend our warmest thanks to our official media partner in Korea, Metizen, for organizing and covering the evening, to David-Pierre Jalicon, President of the French Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry, for his presence, and to Philippe Li, President of KEY, whose invaluable assistance made this event possible.
