On Monday November 18, 2024, FERRANDI Paris had the honor of taking part in the prestigious Gault & Millau Gala evening, marking the awards ceremony and the launch of the France 2025 guide.

FERRANDI Paris' Hotel and catering and Hospitality Management students, accompanied by their instructors Baptiste SALOMON, Sébastien Vilmot, and Olivier PENENT, brilliantly rose to the challenge of preparing and serving a cocktail for over 550 guests.

An exceptional experience for our students, who demonstrated their know-how and professionalism in front of the biggest names in French gastronomy.
