Immersion in virtual hotel management for FERRANDI Paris Bachelors students

From January 8 to 10, our 3rd year students in the Bachelor Culinary Arts and Entrepreneurship and Bachelor Hotel and Restaurant Management programs took up the Business Game challenge: maximize the profits of a virtual hotel-restaurant in a complex and competitive market.
An immersive, formative experience
Divided into multi-disciplinary teams, they analyzed, decided and adjusted their strategy to respond to the vagaries of the market.
The objective?
Optimize the operational and financial performance of their business while outperforming their competitors.
At the end of three intense days, each team presented its strategy and results to a panel of judges embodying the role of “owner/asset manager”. A unique opportunity to step back, refine their approach and exchange lessons learned.
