Hospitality Lab, the graduation project of third-year Bachelor's students in Hotel and Restaurant Management at FERRANDI Paris
As part of the Hospitality Lab, a final-year project for third-year Bachelor's students in Hotel and Restaurant Management at FERRANDI Paris, four of our students had the opportunity to carry out a consulting assignment for the H4 Hotel Wyndham, Paris Pleyel Resort.
Over a nine-week period, they demonstrated their innovation and creativity in responding to an F&B problem entrusted to them by the hotel. Using the skills they had acquired during their management and project management training, they came up with strategic and operational recommendations tailored to the hotel's needs.
