FERRANDI Paris x The Osawa Office
For over 25 years,The Office Osawa, represented by Mr. Takashi Osawa and Ms. Harumi Osawa, and FERRANDI Paris, have joined forces to develop numerous high-quality educational activities and training and exchange initiatives between Japan and France.
From Monday July 01 to Friday July 12, 2024, we were honored to welcome 9 professional Japanese chefs for the intensive Cours Supérieur de Cuisine Française training course at FERRANDI Paris.
Under the coordination of Stéphane JAKIC , Chef Trainer at FERRANDI Paris, François BABINSKA (Instructor in Room Service & Sommellerie at FERRANDI Paris), and Nicolas Caillard (International Project Manager), these chefs perfected their skills in French gastronomy.
The program included :
- 10 practical courses delivered by top-level chefs, all MOF and/or starred.
- A final exam leading to the prestigious FERRANDI Paris Certificate.
