On March 31, our Mise à Niveau Hôtellerie-Restauration, Bac Pro Cuisine 3rd year and BTS Management Hôtellerie-Restauration 1st year students had the immense honor of organizing and serving the cocktail reception for the prestigious Michelin Guide 2025 star award ceremony in Metz.
Congratulations to them for their professionalism, and to their teachers: Vianney Lecocq, Franksie MARTINEL, Olivier PENENT and Sébastien Vilmot, who accompanied them throughout this prestigious evening.
