FERRANDI Paris x Macao University of Tourism 澳門旅遊大學 - UTM
As part of our partnership with Macao University of Tourism 澳門旅遊大學 - UTM, we had the honor of hosting 9 students and 4 teachers at FERRANDI Paris Campus de Dijon from July 2 to 10, 2024.
These students took part in an intensive training session designed to prepare them as well as possible for the WorldSkills Lyon 2024 competition to be held next September.
On the program, 7 days of intensive and exciting learning around best practices in room service, cooking, pastry and French bakery.
Our instructors: Ines JUQUOIS, Fabrice Huet, Laurent DELARBRE and Tony Doré, shared their know-how and passion.
An immersion in the heart of the Burgundy region, discovering its rich culinary heritage.
