We are delighted to announce our new partnership with George Brown College George Brown College , as we are currently welcoming 15 students and their instructor to our FERRANDI Paris campus in Dijon for the next four weeks.
These students complete their training in French patisserie with a bespoke four-week module at FERRANDI Paris, where they perfect their skills in viennoiseries, pastries, petits gâteaux, entremets and chocolate and sugar cubes under the expert guidance of our chefs Stevy Antoine and Ines Juquois.
