AI for pedagogy: a day of exploration at FERRANDI Paris!

Our Bachelors program instructors recently took part in an educational day dedicated to AI and digital tools, with a key objective: to explore how these technologies can enrich their teaching practices and open up new perspectives for our students.

• Yannig Raffenel on the uses of digital and its impact on the trainer's posture and practice.
•  Morgane Soulier on AI and its applications in the culinary arts professions.

Practical workshops:

• Immersion in the use of AI for training, with various generative artificial intelligence tools.

The day's events provided food for thought and launched a collective drive to integrate these innovations in a relevant and ethical way into our training courses. A great step forward in continuing to train the talents of tomorrow, in phase with the sector's evolutions!
