74e édition du Prix Prosper Montagné à FERRANDI Paris

Every year, FERRANDI Paris has the honor of hosting the oldest French culinary competition: the Prix Prosper Montagné! This year, under the presidency of Chef Patrick Henriroux - chef of La Pyramide in Vienne, the new edition took place under the theme of plants, colorful, olfactory and tasty.
 
After a very intense day for the 6 finalists, Chef Patrick Henriroux, President of the jury, presented the trophy to Chef Calvine Rouault - Le Bristol Paris.
 
The Prix Jeune Espoir FERRANDI Paris - Prosper Montagné 2025, created to reward the most deserving commis of the competition, was awarded to Loan Marchand, a CAP Cuisine apprentice at FERRANDI Paris. 
 
A huge thank you to all the members of the Club Prosper Montagné organizing committee, as well as to our chefs and teachers: Benoît Nicolas (MOF 2015), Jacques Girard, Sébastien Vilmot, Emilia Baretto, Patrice LACLAU, Olivier PENENT, Christophe Darney, Guy Casalta, Emmanuel HENRY for their guidance throughout the competition, and to the entire FERRANDI Paris events team for their commitment!
 
Thanks to our chefs Marc Alès (MOF 2000) and Antoine Cantal for creating the magnificent chocolate piece on display during the event.
